Fill ordering form

While browsing digital images of particular exhibit or other valuable any user of the system can order a high quality digital image. The form for ordering a high quality digital image can be activated by clicking the link "Order a digital image of high quality".

User receives information about the procedure for ordering a high quality digital image and gets the ordering forms – DOC and PDF files. The system also provides an electronic form, in order to get a high quality digital image. Following details have to be filled:

1. Email – user's email address. This field is mandatory and must contain a valid email address. The field is auto filled if user is signed in.
2. Comment – optional field.
3. Order – the ordering file must be selected. The field is mandatory.
4. Security code – user must enter the security code from the picture above. The field is mandatory.

After posting, if all the fields in the form were filled correctly, system sends email for LIMIS personnel, who will send back a high-quality digital image to the user's email indicated in the form.

Additionaly user can order a high quality digital image from the page: http://senas.limis.lt/el.-paslaugos.

Then it is necessary to choose the museum.

Fill time reservation form

While browsing digital images of particular exhibit or other valuable any user of the system can make a reservation for a visit. Visit reservation form can be activated by clicking link "Make a reservation for a visit".

After opening visit reservation form, following details have to be filled:

1. Name – user's name. The field is mandatory.
2. Surname – user's surname. The field is mandatory.
3. Contact email – user's email address. This field is mandatory and must contain a valid email address. The field is auto filled if user is signed in.
4. Preferred visit date – date to be chosen from calendar.
5. Preferred visit time – time to be chosen from the drop list.
6. Purpose of the visit and other information – the field is mandatory.
7. Security code – user must enter the security code from the picture above. The field is mandatory.

After posting, if all the fields in the form were filled correctly, system sends email for LIMIS personnel, who will contact the user via email indicated in the form and confirm the reservation.
