Description
Exhibit description | Kazimieras Bachmatavičius (1808–1837), Jono Rustemo mokinys, labiau žinomas kaip litografas nei kaip tapytojas. Kilęs iš Dobrovlianų, Ašmenos pavieto Vilniaus gubernijoje (dab. Baltarusija, Gardino sr.), kurį laiką gyveno ir kūrė Vilniuje, o nuo 1830 gyveno Dobrovlianuose. Žinomi keli jo litografijų ciklai pagal dailininko mėgiamo mokytojo piešinius. Įdomus, savitas jo sukurtas aštuoniolikos litografijų „Orlosiadų“ ciklas. Jo pavadinimui pasirinkta piešinių, pagal kuriuos litografuotas ciklas, autoriaus Aleksandro Orlovskio pavardė. Aleksandras Orlovskis (1777–1832), tapytojas ir grafikas, puikus batalinių scenų meistras. Litografija „Čerkeso apdaras“ vaizduoja čerkesų tautybės karį. Nors aplinka nenužymėta, ir autoriaus dėmesys sutelktas į pozuojančiojo aprangos ypatumus, juntama dailininko meistrystė. Kūrinys patraukia puikiu piešiniu, plastiška linija, minkšta tonine modeliuote. |
