Exhibit description | Tai sakralinės muzikos rinkinys, kurį sudaro Džovanio Gabrielio (Giovanni Gabrieli, apie 1557–1612), Hanso Leo Haslerio (Hans Leo Hassler, 1564–1612) ir kitų kompozitorių sukurti motetai, skirti 6–19 balsų chorui. Muziejaus turimas egzempliorius išleistas Niurnberge 1615 m. ir yra skirtas penktajam balsui. Džovanis Gabrielis – italų kompozitorius, vienas Venecijos polifoninės mokyklos kūrėjų. Nuo 1584 m. dirbo Venecijos Šv. Morkaus katedros vargonininku. Kūrė motetus, madrigalus, psalmes, koncertus vokalinėms instrumentinėms grupėms, ričerkarus, tokatas ir kt. Hansas Leo Hasleris – žymus vokiečių kompozitorius ir vargonininkas. 1584–1585 m. studijavo Venecijoje, spėjama, kad pas Andrėją Gabrielį (Andrea Gabrieli), ir ten susipažino su jo sūnumi Dž. Gabrieliu. H. L. Hasleris buvo pirmas tų laikų vokiečių kompozitorius, muzikinį išsilavinimą gavęs Italijoje. Dirbo rūmų vargonininku Augsburge. 1595 m. jam buvo suteiktas bajoro titulas. 1601–1608 m. H. L. Hasleris buvo Niurnbergo miesto vyriausiasis muzikas. Vėliau gyveno ir dirbo Ulme bei Dresdene. Kūrybai įtakos turėjo italų kompozitorių Andrėjos ir Džovanio Gabrielių muzikos stilius. Sukūrė mišių, motetų, madrigalų, psalmių, instrumentinės muzikos kūrinių. Garsėjo ir kaip vargonų meistras.
