„Vaikystės peizažai. Gamta, supanti aplinka nuolat veikia mūsų jausmus. Kūrėjui tai tampa pirmine materija, iš kurios jis kuria savo pasaulį. Paprastos žaliavos: medis, akmuo, smėlis, molis. Nepakartojami spalvų, faktūrų ir medžiagų, būdingų tam tikro regiono peizažui, deriniai,“ – pasakoja parodos kuratorė Agnieszka Jacobson-Cielecka. Pasak kuratorės, „paroda „Materia Prima“ nėra nei dizaino, nei taikomojo meno, nei fotografijų paroda. Ji pasakoja apie gamtos ir meno simbiozę, parodo ribas tarp kūrimo ir fiksavimo, kūrybos ir dokumentacijos“.
