The Multicultural Centre was established in 2002, in the Small Winter Synagogue. The synagogue was built in 1837, and its authentic internal layout remains to this day. There is an exhibition about the Jewish community of Kėdainiai and the Holocaust in the center.

Educational activities-integrated tours are organized on the subjects of the Jewish culture and history, sacral Kėdainiai heritage and others. The Multicultural Centre presents the culture of different nations by organizing concerts, exhibitions, scientific conferences, seminars and town community events.

The Old Town is decorated with the renaissance style Evangelical Reformers Church. It was funded by Kristupas II Radvila in 1631, and its constructions were complete by his son Jonušas II Radvila in 1652. It has survived up to this day with only minor changes. The Church has retained an authentic oak pulpit of Renaissance forms, richly ornamented with carvings; with oak panels in the side naves, created in the Dutch mannerism style. The church basement contains the Mausoleum of Dukes Radvilas which is the only 17^th century nobility cemetery of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The remains of Radvilas rest in the Renaissance and Baroque style sarcophagi of the 17^th century. It is one of the oldest and largest Protestant churches in the entire former Republic of Two Nations. Reformer services are held once a month in the church, however it is mostly visited by tourists.

Janina Monkutė-Marks (1923–2010) was a Lithuanian diaspora artist who lived and worked in Chicago (USA) from 1956 until the end of her life. The artist donated the museum-gallery and a large part of her works to the city of Kėdainiai.

The Janina Monkutė-Marks Museum-Gallery was opened in 2001. In 2023 the museum-gallery became a subdivision of the Kėdainiai Regional Museum.

One of the main goals of this museum-gallery is to present the works of well-known artists from Lithuania and other countries. Every year exhibitions of prominent artists are held here, displaying textiles, paintings, photographs, ceramics, and contemporary art.

The museum has a permanent exhibition of the works of Janina Monkutė-Marks, which includes over five thousand textiles, paintings and prints created by the artist over five decades.

As the subdivision of Kėdainiai Regional Museum Traditional Crafts Centre was established in 2015. Arnetai’ House is a material heritage of the Scottish community that lived in the 17^th–18^th century in Kėdainiai. It is now protected by the state as an architectural monument. The house was built by Scottish merchant Jonas Arnetas in 17^th century near the Great Market Square, then the main marketplace of the city. The building has an authentic interior and exterior plan. 

Exhibitions of folk artists from Kėdainiai and other regions of Lithuania are held at the Traditional Crafts Center. Also, educational lessons on weaving, ceramics, carving, ribbon weaving and paper cut can be ordered.

Vytautas Ulevičius Museum of Wooden Sculptures was opened in 2004. There are more than 50 works of the carver Vytautas Ulevičius (b. 1934), living in Krakės (Kėdainiai region), on the themes of Lithuanian folklore, history and religion, which are characterized by decorativeness, stylized storyline, decorated with Lithuanian ornaments.
