Information about the museum
The Vilnius Academy of Arts Museum was founded in 1994 when a methodical laboratory that had been open until then was reorganised.
The museum owns manages the spacious exhibition halls of Titanikas. The Titanikas exhibition halls, located at the Design Innovation Centre of Vilnius Academy of Arts, serve to implement the Academy's educational goals and aims. These rooms are used for exhibiting the work of the Academy's collections, professors, graduates and other artists, as well as art, design, architecture and photographic media from Lithuania and other countries; for exhibiting the final portfolios of bachelor's and master's students; for organising methodological activities, lectures, conferences and other art; and for cultural events consistent with the Academy's purposes and functions.
