Description
Exhibit description | Panciškus Smuglevičius (1745–1807) – žymiausias klasicizmo epochos dailininkas Lietuvoje. Greta meistriškų religinio bei istorinio turinio drobių, savo kūriniuose jis įamžino ir Vilniaus architektūros paminklus. Neišlikusių LDK kunigaikščių rezidencinių rūmų piešinys sepija – puiki medžiaga istorikams bei architektūros tyrinėtojams ir kartu tai išraiškingas subtiliai niuansuoto piešinio architektūrinis peizažas. Kunigaikščių rezidencija vaizduojama iš pietvakarių pusės, netikėtu perspektyviniu rakursu. Piešinyje įkomponuotas pietinis korpuso fasadas ir ilga pagriuvusi mūrinė siena, skyrusi tarnybinį dvaro kiemą nuo sodo. Fasado siena lygi, tik jos dalis kiek išsikišusi į priekį. Pirmajame fasado aukšte matomas puošnus renesansinių vartų portalas, o viršuje pastatą užbaigia gana aukštas atikas, puoštas ritmišku arkinių nišų ornamentu. |
