Description
Exhibit description | Bendras bažnyčios statinių ansamblio vaizdas iš šiaurės vakarų pusės. Statiniai mediniai. Bažnyčia pastatyta pagal jos įkūrėjo, Mikoliškių dvarininko, Rusijos imperikos kariuomenės inžinieriaus, generolo Liucijono Bronišo 1909 m. parengtą projektą. 1910 m. spalio 17 d. Budrių bažnyčios kunigas Felicijonas Lelis pašventino pamatų kertinį akmenį. Miško medžiagą statybai davė fundatoriai Liucijonas ir Emilija Bronišai, o statybininkams už darbą mokėjo aplinkinių kaimų ūkininkai. 1911 m. bažnyčia baigta statyti ir konsekruota Šv. Juozapo titulu. Nuo įkūrimo ji buvo Gargždų parapijos filija, o 1926 m. įkurta Mikoliškių parapija. |
