Description
Exhibit description | Laiškas (rankraštis). Paulina Girdzijauskienė rašo poetei Salomėjai Nėriai. Rašyta 1945-06-17 d. ant dviejų popieriaus lapelių raudonu pieštuku abiejose pusėse. Rašo apie vaistus, žada greitai jų gauti. Prašo taisytis Salomėją, nes įsivaizduoja ją „visada žydinčią“. Truputį pasakoja apie save ir sutuoktinį Girdzijauską. Laiško pabaigoje yra parašas, data, vieta. Laiškas be voko.
Poetė Salomėja Nėris 1945 metais buvo paguldyta į Raudonojo Kryžiaus ligoninę Kaune, kur jai diagnozuotas kepenų vėžys.
Paulina Girdzijauskeinė buvo žinoma Lietuvos istorikė ir pedagogė. 1944-1947 metais dėstė Vilniaus universitete. Jos sutuoktinis Vytautas Girdzijauskas buvo Lietuvos gydytojas mikrobiologas imunologas, Lietuvos mokslų akademijos narys korespondentas. 1940–1945 m. LSSR sveikatos apsaugos liaudies komisaras. |
